Privacy policy

This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use and exchange information when purchasing goods from me, contacting me or otherwise using my services through Etsy.com or related sites and services.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party practices that I do not own or control.

1. The information I collect

To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information, for example, your name, email address, mailing address, payment information and product information that you order. You can also provide me with additional personal information (for example, for an individual order), if you contact me directly.

2. Why do I need your information and how do I use it

I usually keep your data for the next time period: 12 months.

5. Transfer of personal information outside the EU

I can store and process your information through third-party hosting services and other jurisdictions. As a result, I can transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with various data protection laws and government oversight than your jurisdiction. If I believe that you are passing on information about you outside the EU, I rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, because Google Cloud is protected by a confidential screen.

6. Your rights
